Beaumont United Church

Our Mission

We seek  to be a welcoming community of faith,

gathering people together for worship and fellowship

in an enviroment that inspires spiritual learning,

and encourages servcie to others.

Beaumont United Church is a congregation of The United Church of Canada.  The United Church of Canada is a unique union of several Christian denominations: the Methodist, Presbyterian, Congregational and Union Churches of Canada, plus the Evangelical United Brethren and the United Methodist Church of Bermuda.

Members of Beaumont United Church are active in our community in many ways:  coaching soccer, hockey and ringette, leading Boy Scouts, being part of local community groups, serving on regional elected bodies.  Acting together, our people have supported many projects as a church:   the Dove Festival, the Sadako Crane Project for Peace, the Poco-a-Poco surgical team in Ecuador, the Blanket Afghanistan Project, Edmonton's Innercity Bissell Center.  We contribute to the work of the Mission and Service Fund of the United Church of Canada, our church's national compassionate fund, which supports humanitarian projects in Alberta, Canada and around the world. We continue to support an adopted family in Ecuador and our children contribute drawings to groups such as Meals-On-Wheels.
